These imperfect/doodle style illustrations are made from pencil sketch and finished in illustrator. They are designed to wrap around the whole container of the packaging and are made with lots of shapes and color.

For this project, I created illustrations, picked fonts, colors, die-cuts and added some fun barcodes to give these products some excitement.

Box packaging design for a new product. Designed and illustrated custom icons and line art to tell the product story.

Hand lettered a wine label for Acme Smoked Fish, it’s a holiday gift for their clients.

We sent our best customers a bottle of wine for the holidays. My idea was to hand letter the label to give a special one of a kind gift. Pencil sketch to vector.

Designed the window, layout and callouts for this pouch. Printed matte with spot gloss on the name and logo.

New product packaging design. To make the product stand out, I improved the color of the photo, made icons, picked / layout of fonts and added a new light blue Pantone color. This box caught attention in the Costco supermarkets.

My design idea for this was to make a family of packaging but with some fun details like having the fish move in differnt positions on each board, icons on ribbons, differnt colors for flavors and the typography for the call outs on the side and the bottom of the board.

What I did: Designed the the window and type, created the call outs and picked the green color Matte finish on the pouch.

New product for Costco. Designed the type, die-cut window and added a new color.

New product for Acme. I designed the die cut window of the fish and formatted the type and designed the look and feel of the pack.

New product, means new elements for this special pouch. I designed the Brooklyn style type lock up in the white box, made the BHB pattern, picked the blue border, drew the skyline illustration for the window, designed a lock up for Blue Hill Bay and Acme logo.

New product for Spence. Designed the Lids for these salads, had to create a look and feel that fit a lot of content in a small space. Picked the colors, type treatments and layout.

New product for the holidays. Ideas was to make something elegant with a Spence brand feel. Used their style guide to make this.

Hand lettered a Label for shirts in a fun style, after the client approved the sketch, I made it in illustrator.

Hand lettered several styles for empowered cowgirl and this is the one the client picked. Then brought it into illustrator and used the pen tool to make it.

CWONDER Retail Store Packaging, Soho NYC. Problem: Need a unified design, for a wide range of packaging for store products, using the company logo and colors. Solution: A simple type lockup was used consistently over various formats and other colors were added to distinguish products in a group.

My position at Urnex brands was the Inhouse designer. I conceptualized, designed and developed packaging, logos, icon system, photography, tradeshow, marketing and web materials.
